hi there,
i'm not an expert on temping by any means but i think that if it is down again tomorrow then it isn't a great sign - however, i think there is something called an implantation dip sometimes, where your temp goes down temporarily, so it might not be a bad sign.
really hope it is back up tomorrow - keep us posted on how you get on on friday...
good luck hun

Hey, I temp charted for a couple of months but ditched it because it was stressing me out too much. Kristen is right, most peoples temps start going back down any time from 10dpo on but it can also take a quick dip at that point if it is implant. No way to tell unfortunately. If it shoots right up (higher than before the dip) tomorrow then it may have been implant but if not then it is probably roll on next month xx good luck

AF arrived yesterday after another temp dip so bad news again!

Its so hard isnt it, i was convinced we had done it this month, its our 3rd month after MC am getting worried and stressed now.

Also my cycle has changed from a very regular 28 day cycle pre MC to a 26 day cycle followed by a 27 day cycle, should i be worried about this?

Thanks for all your responses, it gave me hope for one evening!

xx

SOrry to hear that AF arrived, I guess at least you had warning that it might from your temp dip. I think it is very nornal to have irregular cycles for a bit after a mc, and they are still all quite close in length. I'm sure you don't need to but would it put your mind at rest a bit to try charting or ov sticks so you know when you ov?

Big hugs and fingers crossed for you to get your BFP this cycle, xxx

Hmm I wouldn't be worried about it being 3 months since mc, it is 12 months since mine and I am still stuck here but apparantely we are a fertile couple and if your charts are doing the right thing then your hormones are doing what they are meant to be. Like A&J said have you tried ov sticks? Don't forget you can only follow chart patterns and they wont tell you ov has happened until it is too late, sticks give 24-48 hours notice xx how long were you trying before mc?

sorry af arrived p.sophie - it is awful isn't it.. i think ov sticks are a good plan if you aren't sure about your cycles - i'm just starting my 3rd cycle since d&c and if there's no joy this month then i'm certainly going to look into ov sticks or something similar - for now we're just bd'ing everyday!!
take care and good luck this cycle...
