Subject : ladies who use bum genius

ok just have a few questions about these:
we are currently using pop-in nappies by close parent and am really pleased with them the only thing is they take a long time to dry because the inner is made from bamboo. i wanted to top up my nappies with a few one sized bum genious ones, but wanted to know how quickly they dry on an airer? and do i just need to but the nappy, or do i need to but extra bits to stuff inside it? thanks ladies!

Just bought bg recently - you get both an inner (size adjustable) and a booster with them as standard (with the v3 which is the current for new ones). I have managed to dry them well enough overnight (probably 12hrs ish). The main nappy dries v. quickly, it was the main inner pad that took the most time and some were a little damp after 12hrs but as a pair of cotton trousers can take 48hrs to completely dry in our outbuilding I'd sa\y they dry pretty darn quick!

hi i use bg as my main nappy, the dry in a couple of hours outside or at the most overnight inside, the outers dry faster then the inners, i love my bg and have pop ins for overnight with bamboo being more absorbant. Just a thought but if your happy with the pop in and they suit your lo have you tried the dremi dry version, it's new and the boosters are microfibre instead of bamboo, not used this version but would guess it's got a simillar drying to the bg.

I use pop-in and bum genius and the inserts in the BG definitely dry faster than the pop-in but are slightly bulkier on a small baby.
