Oh girls you should have been here last night, Not only was I on my own with the kids but the bloody neighbours have with out a doubt been lablled the worst neighbours in the world!!

Ok so 9pm comes along and the rows started, it was then joined by his family who were slagging the girlfriend off loud as anything in the street. cant type the language cos I cant spell half of it!!
Ok so a few hours to about 11pm pass with this riot going on, house being smashed up etc, he hits his own mum and the sister calls the police.......................................they arrive and laughing they ask what has "he"done now (the police def new of these two!) anyway they went away having not even gone into the house cos he refused them entry oh and the mother dissapeard sharpish too! And their poor dog tried to run off up the road only to be shouted at to get in the f*in house !!!(he is a mastiff and georgeous!!)
Ok so all wa quiet for a little while and then...............bloomin hell did the shit hit the fan, not only did they pull doors off the hinges but they had a full on fight for hours with it ending up with her telling him to give her the f*in car keys of course he refused so she tries to get them and he lays into her .............next thing I hear if their lodger shouting blue murder and her telling him to call a ambulance, she gets carted off to get her face fixed and he starts talking to another female(never heard that one before???), anyway my dog has just barked and the trollop is back from the hospital....couldnt see her face though!!!!

Dont get me wrong, no one should punch a women in the face etc but she was goading him, and I hardly heard him, it was alwayes her voice before they had the big fight so she obviously pushed him to the max bafore he flipped out.
Oh and did I mention that they both do drugs and he is borrowing money off family to pay for it?? that was another revelation last night.
Honestly girls it wa slike I was in the room with them, the noise etc was immence!

The police are no help, they didnt even send a car round with the ambulance??

thats a disgrace and no one should have to live next to that... its disgusts me.

Years ago we bought our own first house when lauren was a baby. it was street house in town..the usual 2 up 2 down. Anyway, unbeknown to us the next door house was a half way house for families in trouble. This woman moved in who puts large families to disgrace. she had about 8 kids but could only have 3 at any one time. WTF!!! She had this boyfriend who was not allowed near the kids but she let him round. One night I had to call the police as I heard the little girl (about 5) crying and saying dont..your hurting me.. I could hear the man groaning and grunting and the headboard hitting the wall...he was raping her!!!! The police came and yes, he has been sexually assualting her for a while..and the 8 year old too. He was took away and the woman had a go at me !!!! we had months of them been noisy, fighting, banging around etc... this was the last straw. lauren was about 4 months old and it upset me so much that a man could rape a 5 yr old just next to me! Only a thin wall was between that and laurens cot...

I was so upset for those 2 little girls. My friend worked for the council and helped me file a complaint about putting families in there who were trouble. It came out that they used it for families that had been evicted for council houses due to trouble... anyway, we put ours up for sale and dont know what happened to that family but hope he went to jail and that those little girls had a decent life!

You need to get them out. How can you get ASBO's on people?? As I dont live in the UK I am behind the times with legal things..

That is terrible, surely the police or landlords must be able to do something to get rid of these people, it is terrible, everybody rows sometimes but I would like to think that the rest of the street dont hear it, esp the language when you have children living nearby.

I know what you guys are saying, but easier said than done, 1, its a private rent and their landlord is a bit of a sod too and 2, the police just are not interested cos they havent caused any criminal damage?? The noise is just another thing they laugh at cos they know these people are complete nutters.

I went to see my landlord face to face today and told him I need their landlords number tonight. I also told him if this doesnt get sorted I will break my contract and move out at his expence cos I have asked him to help and if he doesnt ...well its his loss isnt it.?

TBH girls I am not only shattered but DD2 is really getting upset by all this and I hope my landlord(normally a good bloke, nice family too, well know here) realises that I am serious.

I was so bloody scared last night cos hubby was on nights and it was just so intense listening to them. All day I have been re-thinking last night and it just makes me worry about whats next.

Ok so on a better note, I am 8 weeks today according to my midwife, who may I add is sooo lovely! I unfortunatly have alot of protein in my urine which means extra wee/blood tests for me next week(at a surgery I have never been to!!!) But other than that all is well....thank god!

Get a serious dog and let it loose on them !!! that should shut them up

OMG i truly dont know how you put up with it!!! Never had a family like that live near us let alone next door so cant give any advice other than stand up for yourself and dont let the B@£%+*ds get you down!!!

Well what I thought was the lodger is actually her son(about 16-17yrs)!!!!! she was ranting at him about 7pm last night shouting "he was a stupid F*in little c*nt co he let sean(the bloke) take the f*in car , what the f* does he think she is supposed to do now?" but that was pretty short lived and we actually had QUIET last night!! but my three were obviously on tender hooks last night after yesterday cos they didnt sleep very well, they all were up at least once!!

well my landlord never arrived last night..............suprise suprise! that really pi**ed me off cos it seems he didnt take me seriously!!

Right well another day, I am hoping thats the end of things now cos I think the man has left...............for now??!!

Sorry to keep moaning, I sound like a soap opera lol!!!!

Oh its the last thing you need. Try talking to the council as well they are not usually much help but may as well give it a go.

next time you are out during the day leave your tv on dead dead loud..preferably a violent sex movie..... .that should teach them how bad it is to have noise from next door....

its awful we had druggies living next door in our last house constant screaming etc! and they hated us as tonys a policeman. i spent all my time either terrified or furious! go see your dr n see if he will write a letter to your landlord ( the stress its causeing you and the kids) maybe once he sees on paper how it is affecting you he might pull his finger out! as for the police there is nothing they can do unless when you call you tell them you are worried there is violence going on in there. they can come out n knock on the door (which may shut them up for about ten mins) sorry its so crap for you hun xxxxx

I think hassling your landlord is about the best thing you can do tho! And like Lolly has said go to the docs and say it's making you stressed out (not good for the baby) or your kids!!

Really hope this gets sorted out for you hun. It's a shame how neighbours can make some peoples lives hell. I have a friend going thro a simular situation and it really gets them down.

Your neighbours will get their just desserts!! Or we shall all have to come up to yours and sort them out in mass force!!!

Oh girls I do love you all!, Thanks for all your replys, I know its just got to work itself out, I will keep trying all avenues and hope someone can help. Will call landlord again today but I bet he is busy!!lol!!

Oh well. I am off to get bloods done today...eeeewwww, Oh and trying to pee into the tiny bottle they gave me was, well, rather amusing at 6.15 this morning lol!!

I say go through with nyour threat if the land lord is not going to listen move out at his expence the looser. He is just afraid of your neighbours because they are violent. Well how does he think you feel. I hate my neighbours for different reasons but god I wish I wasn't buying my house and could move.
