Subject : ill children.

I didn't know where to post this because there isn't a forum particularly for ill children so I'm seeking help here.

My daughter Dani is 15, she has a heart condition which she has been dealing with for most of her life. She's so happy most of the time, has great friends, a wonderful boyfriend and a job that she loves doing modelling. However I do get extremely worried about her as she can get very down and sometimes depressed about her illness as she spends alot of her time in hospital having treatment. She has also recently lost her friend Ryan who was 16, she knew him from the hospital and had the same thing as Dani. She sees a councilor a few times a weak but I just wondered if there was anything we could do as a family to bring her hopes up.

And is there anyone else dealing with an ill child? How do you deal with it?

Thanks.
