Subject : "For every mum & mum-to-be"? Hardly.

The current poll gives the option of the 66 year old mum-in-the-news 'selfish and unnatural'.

You might not agree with her choice, but for a site that claims it's for 'every mum and mum-to-be' I think that's a disgusting thing to put on the home page.

'Not fair on the child' would cover it, without being quite so bitchy, frankly.

What if the poor woman comes here for help and advice and sees that?

Babyexpert - shame on you.

I don't think it is there now (the poll) unless you can see it?

I think judging from the few threads that were running about it that it is what the majority of BE users think. So BE is showing it is in touch with its users by giving them a poll option which they truely agree with.

well thats a good introduction from a newbie ,users can post on what they like and as emmalou and junie mum say most users agree so u are a minority who think that being 66 is a normal age to have a baby!!

Sorry you feel this way but it isnt natural hence why she had treatment, how many mothers of that age do you know?
If she or someone of that age did come on here then i am sure the ladies would offer support(as they are all lovely) however that does not mean they need to agree with her or her choices.
