I started a new job bout 6 wks ago, my contracted hours are 9 to 5 with an hour 4 lunch, round where i work there's not really newhere to go so its pointless me havin an hour wastin time doin nothin.

i have monthly reviews with my mananger, so I asked her if it wud b ok 4 me to have a half hour lunch and go home at 4.30, so i'd b able to get home to lo a bit earlier. She said it was fine with her and didn't make ne difference, but she'd have to check with the director, which she did and he said no! I was quite annoyed, but I thought I've only jst started I don't wanna start causin trouble.

Neway i was tellin my mum today and she said thats not fair can't u go and c the director urself, write a letter or sumthin like that.

I don't really know what to do, any advice plz ladies?
