At least the annoying Skye with the squeeky voice has gone! Lo very confused last night by the presenter with only one hand - kept asking if she'd left it somewhere!

Why doesn't it mention the reason why she has some arm missing? Seems strange as surely they realise children will ask????

Bring back chris and poi....my dd(3) tells me to turn off tv when the new guys come on....she hates the change. Mind you they are sooooo false its unreal. My eldest ds(7) asked me why the women had no arm....what could I say other than she may have been in an accident or was born like it...I know its not something to make a big deal of but kids do ask questions and I would like to tell them the truth.

Did anyone notice how big Chris' s feet are? They're huuuuge! Not seen the new presenters yet. Lily prefers playhouse disney so we have that on mostly.

Owwwwwww noooooooooo! Ive only just realised Chris and Poi are no more :( The funky Jungle Conga was great, my girls love it! Oh its such shame, I saw the new people today, its just not the same! I wondered why that Skye had been on it for ages, I just thought Chris and Poi were on holiday or something! x

I am totally in agreement with you, I thought Chris and Poi were ace! I miss bedtime business....... "Do your bedtime business, your bedtime business......." La la la!!

I have been wondering where chris and pui had gone! I noticed after Xmas when they had Sarah-Jane presenting then Skye and Jelly and just thought they were on holiday or something. Then realised it was a very long holiday! Next thing i know the discover and do song has been re-recorded! They should have at least explained to the children they weren't going to be presenting anymore. If we are all wondering where they are what are the children thinking?! My LO loved Pui! At least they're not gone for good!

When are chris and poi coming back then??? Not that my kids have noticed thye have gone!!!! The two on it now just don't seem natural and seem too nervous in front of the camera. Although it's good they are using people with disabilities. Loved the conga song, got it stuck in my head now!!

my daughter loved chris and poi and keeps on asking were they'v gone and i keep on tellin her they've gone to see thier daddy n mummy jus d same way we go to see her dads, mummy and daddy (grand parents) in nigeria on holiday.
she misses them so much, she prefers watching nickjnr now.
its so sad they should have explained to the kids they were going n not cumin back cos bri tells me we'll watch cbeebies again when they come back from thier holiday.

also she loves jungle conga as well n i'v got it in my head cos we sing it anytime we r getting ready to leave the house.

my 3 and a half year old watched it and i was expecting him to ask but he didn't even notice.

I know that Cbeebies is for Neve and not me but I think the new presenters are crap! They seem fake and unable to talk to the children at they're own level.

Oh I am glad someone has this post I had been wondering what had happened to Chris and Poi. Sam hasn't noticed, but I really don't like the new ones. Too OTT - kids aren't stupid.

I've held off posting on this for a few weeks to give them a chance to get better but OMG, they are just sooo fake.

Even my oh who is thai & never watches UK tele has noticed & says he feels pity for children when he watches their (the new presenters) faces lol

And neither of us can understand why Kerry just doesn't cover her arm, why not just let her cardi hang or fold it under. I mean, we get it, she has her arm missing but it really is distracting, sonny keeps running up to the telly & trying to poke the tip of it.. Drawing so much attention to her arm is counterproductive, kids generally don't care or notice that much when someone has something like a missing limb but by drawing attention to it is creating unnecessary attention to a disability that they really wouldn't otherwise register.

All in all, I think they have got a bit better but they are too wooden & their tone is too strained imo.

My son doesnt seem bothered by the change in presenters and doesnt seem bothered at all that one of them has 1 arm. I dont think she should have to cover her arm up because thats who she is and its important for kids to know that some people do have disabilities and they should be treated the same as everyone else.

it is "part" of who she is but it doesn't have to be made into the main thing of interest about her & by having it always on display it makes kids aware of it when they normally wouldn't care. Seems like it is being "presented & displayed" to make a point, just my opinion on it,

I think we will have to agree to disagree on the arm issue.

denise its right that people with disabilities should be on telly but she has it on show the end of it with a little nubin on it and its just not on for the kids she could just cover it.

I dont remember Chris and Poi as lo didnt really watch telly then. I agree Cerrie and Alex are dull though!! I don't dislike them, they just don't seem to have any sparkle about them. Cerrie is better than Alex.

I like the other presenters who are mainly on at weekends - the black guy & the curly haired guy (Andy I think?!) They are much funnier!! xx

I saw it - very scary...a friend had told me he is weird & keeps dressing up as females & I hadn't noticed until then!

My little doesn't care what presenters are on as he only cares about the next programme & haven't Chris & Poi been promoted to their own show? I saw that today & my LO was copying them being trees! Bless!
I guess the woman with the lower arm missing has it on show as she uses it...I am more curious as to what the little thing on the end is as it moves?!

Chris & Poi are back!!!!!!!!

Their new program show me, show me started this week - think Im more excited than the kids! LOL

My little girl loves show me show me (or so me so me as she calls it) she actually kept still for half hour to watch it! And it's on demand too so if she misses it we can watch it later. I was quite excited about watching it too lol!
