Oh my god, you poor thing. That sounds like a nightmare. Are you going to let her stay with you? I'd get hubby to call and say it's really not convenient when you're getting into a routine etc.
My MIL is completely the opposite, she is obsessed with SILs daughter, but not fussed at all about our little man. In fact, when they were due to come and meet him at 2 weeks old, SILs daughter had chicken pox and they said they would still come as they were sure it would be fine! No way! So we told them the midwives advised no way as he could get brain damage if he got it, and they got all stroppy and told us we were irrational, and SIL sent hubby a really spiteful text.
MIL still came, but her and FIL spent the whole 3 hour visit trying to make us feel guilty about it throwing things in our face! How dare they?!
Anyway, sorry for going on, but in laws just never fail to amaze me!
Hope you can get her sorted out, could you try horribly offending her? hehe.
