Hi,
I jhave heard that by panting when the babies head is crowning rather than pushing you can avoid tearing and its slightly less traumatic, Has anyone had any experience of this? I had a section with my last and am really hoping that I can have a vbac this time so have no experience of crowning at all as my daughet got stuck in my pelvis.
Do you have to tell the MW who is delivering you/put it in your birth plan? I don't want to seem like I am telling them their job but I would like to make this experience my own as much as I can and really want to limit the amount of pressure I put on my section scar and letting head emerge naturally without force seems nicer to me.
What are everyones thoughts?
K xx
