I am getting to the point that I cant ly down without struggling for air. I am very breathless and am at the end of my tether.

Any tips?

Call your midwife if it gets really bad! also i think it can be a sign of anemia. also doc can prescribe an inhaler even if your not asmathic, which is safe in pregnancy and can help. good luck xxDBxx

How far gone are you? If you're not at all nearing the end, I'd definitely call mw and just see what she says xx

i had this from around week 30.i couldnt breath at all. m/w tested my iron levels as can play a huge part in it. luckily i was ok, just had to lie and sit differently to try and get into a postition which was comfy. if you are past week 30 you should feel a little better soon as lo will drop and make it easier. still speak to m/w tho. x
