Milk Question

Hello , I have a question about cows milk.

Do you boil the milk before you give your child? My mother says she did that, and said she thinks i should be doing the same, but she agreed with me that times have changed and I might not have to do that. When i spoke to the doctor he never mentioned boiling the milk.

Also how long does cow milk stay good in a bottle? - i want to start feeding him cows milk during the night, but worried the milk will turn sour. Any help will be appreicated.

Milk Question

Hiya,

How old is your LO? You can give full cream cow's milk on cereals etc from 6 months and as a drink from 1 year. As long as you buy pasturised milk (normal milk from milkman and supermarket is def pasturised, not sure if you can even get unpasturised milk from shops anymore?!) you don't need to boil it. Stays fresh for as long as your normal milk does. I always do the sniff test though-force of habit!!
