Shona, I'm so happy that Blaine is ok. I didn't realise reflux could do that, I thought it was just being sick a lot and I didn't think that reflux babies put on weight very well?? But obviously Blaine has been!! How is he today?
Kirst, I don't blame you for wanting to slap Carrie, I'd have been the same! What have the school said about it? I'd be dragging her to all next exams and waiting outside til she'd finished lol. I don't understand how teenagers have changed so much since I was at school (not that long ago, only 8 yrs!) my friends and i would never have not turned up to an exam, even the ones we thought we'd probably fail!! gemma, i gotta ring school after the hols because i missed so many calls from them, carrie turned the ringer off on the house phone so i didnt know what was going on. carrie still hasnt come home yet, i went in her room to change her bedding and found that she has tipped red paint around her carpet! cream bloody carpet ruined! ggggrrrrrrr! teenagers r a nightmare,lol
well i absoloutly refuse to get too stressed out about it all because there isnt really much more i can do, though im tempted to make her sleep on the sofa from now on since she obviously has no respect for her room!

i got blaine a bottle joanne, cos he took it really well in hospital(i couldn't feed him before his tests but he could have diralyte), but he was having none of it. i gave him a day off the gaviscon and he had a really good clear out, i'm not gonna give it to him at night now and see if he's any better.

we haven't had any nice weather here! i really wanted to do something with the boys this week so ollie would have something to tell his friends about at nursery but yet another uneventful week has slipped by!! ;-)
we're going to visit the school on tues (the crap one that ollie has a place at!), going to see what's it's like and meet the headteacher. i glanced at the latest ofsted report online and it's not great so have a few questions for her!!
i've put loads of stuff on ebay too!! so many clothes that jake's never worn and a pair of trainers still in the box!!

we went to see the school today, it was ok. the buildings are quite old so i thought the whole place looked a bit tatty!! lol
i know that's got nothing to do with anything and i shouldn't judge the place on it's looks!!
they've got one big thing going for them though, the kids start full time from sept (9-3.20) whereas all the other schools round here they do 9-12 or 9-1 until after xmas!! so this means i wouldn't have to give up work which i really didn't want to do! i'm really torn now. the uniforms horrible (purple) and there's the ofsted report i looked at although that was last year and the head said they've made a lot of changes now. think i'll just see how my appeal goes for the other school, i don't think i'll win it anyway!!

sorry to hear you're not well shona, what causes it? Is there anything you can take to help? It sounds quite dangerous. Hope you're feeling better soon.
How do they test for lactose intolerence? Does that mean he has a problem with breastmilk or will you still be able to bf? sorry, just that i don't know anything about it although i do remember you still bf brodie but you had to get him special milk when you stopped.

i still have a huge belly from having jake and he'll be 2 next week! sometimes i look down and think i should really do something about but i never do! i bought an exercise dvd about a year ago but it's never even been in the dvd player!!
does your ex know you bought him a doll? i know it's not really his business but i'm just wondering if he had an opinion on it because ollie's chosen to get jake a doll for his bday to go with the toy buggy we already have. It's a boy doll in blue clothes and the buggy is blue but my ex was NOT happy about it!!

Well what a week we have had lol we are getting married on 19th July!
I'm slowly turning into bridzilla I've got my dress ((will put some pics up on FB after the weekend as my house is a mess at the mo-having a kitchen put in again lol))
I've got flowergirls dresses the jewllery cost more than the 5 dresses pit together! Paid £39 for 5 dresses got them in the sale bargin and jewllery was £40.50 for the flower girls and muy ear rings
Also paid for the grooms and best man's so they have to go for fittings on saturday.
We've booked the reception, evening and we go monday to sort out the registry office ((were not church goers lol)) so we have 6 weeks to sort it all eek! was a spare of the moment thing he he

I stopped BF at 9 weeks shona I failed lol I posted it on the number 9 thread it was *I think* mainly due to introducing a bottle to get his weight up the mw said he needed it as he went to 4lb 15oz and I just couldn't wean him off the one feed (that turned into 2 and so on lol) and it just went to pot I'm paying for it now though as he screams in between feeds and has had diarrihor sp? for the last 2 weeks and being sick he's in pain and I feel so sorry for him so that's why were waiting for the results lovely :)
His eyes are ok just the same as the girls were going for diagnostics in augest so they can look at the nerves and behind the eyes to find out if he just has the same or different eye sight problems as the girls that won't be fun lol x

i know wat u mean hun, its nice to put a face to the chat. im still a bit of a facebook virgin but i can see how peeps get addicted,lol

i must of been sooooo bad in a past life, now i've got a really sore boob!!! i've been to docs and he said it's not mastitis yet.... but it could be heading that way :-( i have to keep bf him and get hot flannels on there, i'm just getting over the vertigo and this happens, it just seems to be one thing after the other at the mo, i'm trying so hard not to let it all get me down cos i know how lucky i am to have 3 gorgeous lo's, but it feels like someones really got it in for me!!

With your laptop are you on a router or have you got direct connection by for example virgin media? If you let me know I'll help you sort it out and get back online if you want hun? :)

Hi jo, its sky broadband and its through a router not wireless. I dont really know much else! Sky weren't very helpful, on phone for over an hour & they had me deleting cookies & history & loads of other things but none of it worked so they said its the laptop not the connection. Plus, when i go into iTunes i can still download songs so it still connects then! I have no idea with computers, haven't had a chance to take it somewhere to get sorted yet! Just saw your message on fb but have replied on here now!

Hi hun

right click on your internet explorer, go into properties, once your in properties go into connections, if there is any connections showing delete them.

Then go into start menu go into control panel, go into network connections then go into enthenet connection, right click on it, go into status, click on details, it should show a gateway address or an gateway IP, let us know what it is showing.

If it is showing the gateway address your internet connection is working ok, go into desktop delete your internet explorer shortcut on your desktop only, then open start menu again there should be an internet explorer shortcut click on it once and drag it to the desktop and if your having problems after that let me know hun x

Did all that, still not working. When i go into internet explorer it just says the page cannot be displayed. Also in the blue bar at the very top of the screen it says "invalid syntax error - microsoft internet explorer". Jake's just woken up so i have to go now but if you have any more ideas please let me know, i will log on in the morning. Thanks for your help x x

Just one wire plugged in leading to the phone line and one plugged in leading to the laptop. The internet light isn't flashing but it does flicker if you know what i mean? Just every minute or so. I can't believe she wants to bring her own food- thats hilarious!

I didnt win ollie's school appeal so he's just on waiting lists for just about every school near me coz i'm desperate for him not to go to the one he's got a place at! At the moment he's 16th place at the school i want him to go to and 4th at another school which i wouldn't mind him going to. At the others he's 30+. I've started buying uniform (trousers, PE kit) plain stuff he'll need whereever he goes! All grown up! cry

by the time the kids are in bed and i've sorted the house out i have to get to bed, it's so tiring having the 3 of them don't know how you manage with your lot!!!

well brodies teething and not feeling too good with a cough and cold, then he fell and cut his lip, blood everywhere and i'm not good with blood!!
leahs fine, getting a bit bored not seeing her friends everyday, petrols so bloody expensive now i can't afford to take her out everyday and theres not much to do round here :-( oooh shes teething too, so was sooo excited she has 3 wobbly teeth she had to ring everyone lol, she has 3 new already!!
blaines good 14lb8 now, i went back to doc last week about his reflux, i had a couple of scares, there was blood i the corner of his mouth, i haven't got a clue what it was but it made me think he should be on medication for it just incase something was building up again. anyway turns out he should of been on omeprazole since he came out of hospital, so doc prescribed it and he stopped being sick but started screaming when feeding so were gonna leave him off med and keep close eye on him!!!
we went to drayton manor, thomas land is great, brodies little face was a picture when thomas came up the track :-)

OMG kirst are you mad?!! How long is the coach journey? I went into london with the boys today, the train takes about 30 mins and that was more than long enough! Jake was trying to run up and down and everytime i put him in the buggy he SCREAMED! Never again! Was a really good day out though! When is carrie back? Did she sit any of her exams in the end? hi gem hun, i think the coach is about 2hrs or maybe a little more,its gonna b a total nightmare i know,lol. gotta b done though coz we havnt had a hol for ages, oliver hates being in his pram too hun its a pain, he will walk for a while but wont go on the buggy board when he gets tired so we have mega tantrum til i carry him(hard work with evie to push aswell)
carrie didnt do any bloody exams so im hoping she will do a college course or training course, i got in touch with connexions so hopefully they will b able to have a chat with her.

blaines reflux is a little better, i've cut milk out of my diet(except in choccie form lol) and he's not half as sick!! i've started to wean him aswell hopefully that help too, and make him sleep through. he's started feeding all through the night :-(

hows things kirst, did carrie get back o.k, i saw something on fb about her flights being delayed. i don't get on there much now my oh's so bloody jealous out of 97 friends only 16 are male and he still gets pissed off, it makes me soooo mad!!

it's a nightmare with leah back at school, brodie cries all day cos he's missing her, i suppose it'll take him a while to get used to the routine again. i'm gonna go to preschool with him until half term and then he's gonna go for one afternoon on his own i'm lucky i know everyone who works there and so does brodie

Hi everyone, well ollie's at school now! My baby! I didnt cry but jake did! I was so shocked but when i said "ok say bye to ollie now he's going in" jake said "why?" then starting crying! He was so upset! It did make me get a bit teary though! Ollie seems to like it although he told me that today two of the boys he'd been playing with yesterday, just didnt want to know him today?? One of them kept running away when ollie went near him & the other told him he wasn't his friend?! Is this normal? Ollie's so...

Kind and friendly but he's also quite shy and very sensitive. He said he didnt mind that they did this but i can't help but worry? He also said he wanted more friends coz he's only been playing with one little girl & when it was playtime she just wanted to go & find her older sister so he played on his own?? It doesnt help that he didnt know anyone there before he started and its obvious that some of them already know each other. How are all your children? X x

OMG I can't believe he's at school now it's gone so quick hasn't it?

It's quiet normal for children to be like that hun over the weeks he will get to know more of the children and build up his friendships :)
And you'll always worry I'm afraid hun :) I worry about Lucy settling in, in her class with a new teacher.

Have a word with the teacher and ask how he's doing and see if they can do anything to help him build his confidence alittle, I have done that today the teachers were really good about it all.

I feel like a blinking soap opera at the moment lol the girls have obviously gone back but I've already had a ding dong with some of the mum's, my Grandad *my dad's dad* kicked the bucket yesterday and I had to tell my brothers who are devastated, my mum's on holiday in America, so I haven't told her yet and she is going to miss funeral ect and I've been left to sort everything out which is just over whelming at the moment although I'm not going to the funeral as I didn't know him really and things in my past which my brothers don't know about and I want it left there int he past iyswim?
Alex's doctor got his diagnosis wrong it's complicated he has development delay (motor) so isn't uing his muscles arems legs ect and won't for a long time basically the name has changed but the outcome is still the same we go back on 6th Nov for an update.
And my younger brother *17 his GF is now living at my mum's with him because her dad was bascially mentally/physically abusing her evil he is. Well her *7 yr old brother is in a bad way and it doesn't look to good at all so I am trying to help the best way I can.
And the HV has asked me to get councilling over alex's birth it's still so raw :(

Is it sad that at nearly 25 years old I still need my mum and can't wait for her to get home to take over?

Sorry it's a negative update hopefully one day it will be more positive :)

I took lucy this morning and the GP wants to see us again in 2 weeks time she's really upset about it all he's said to act normal with her untill then :(
I had the door open this afternoon and people were outside talking and she started to get really upset shaking asking if they were coming for her *cry* I had to act normal tell her not to be silly and went in the kitchen to have a cry :(

It's also very quiet around here mkes me wonder what people are upto :(

as we'd been out for the day and blaine seemed o.k off his drops i thought i'd keep him off, BAD idea, never again he was waking every half hour!!! he's back on them now and sleeps from 7-12 in his cot hen comes into bed with me and i think he has about 3 feeds after that(i'm not sure cos he just helps himself lol)
brodies still having probs with his teeth but there almost all through now, so hopefully not for much longer!! i took him to pre-school the other day, i'm gonna go with him until half term then he's gonna go on a fri morning on his own, i was almost in tears when we left :-( most of them are the same age but brodie seems way behind, i know theres nothing seriously wrong he's just taking his time, but he fell over twice in the playground and really hurt his arm(he's so clumsy) and he gets really embarrased when they all sit down for a snack(he'd rather go and play), i just want to keep him at home with me forever!! the thought of him being told off cos he's not doing as he's told really worries me cos he doesn't understand. i think because leah was so grown up when she went i found it easier, i just know i'll sit worrying the whole time he's there, i may wait till after christmas if i still feel the same after the holiday!!

i was thinking it would be nice(when the lo's are a bit older), if we could all meet up somewhere central to all of us, it would be great to have a coffee and a proper natter

Andy's home now he even went to work yesterday *Sat* I was not impressed he shouldn't be going out woking but he doesn't want to be 'resting up' grr men yet when he has a cold it's man flu and ''the worst thing ever'' sigh just can't win can I? lol
He's back at the hospital on the 25th they said it will take time to get eye back to the way it was as the fracture is just over it above the eyebrow and down the side of the skull and so also affecting the eye and the pressure which doesn't help but he will be ok that's the main thing.
There also going to straighten his nose while he's there apparently they break it to do it not for me rather have a wonky nose

Anyway must try to get some sleep as have to be up soon seeing to the girls :)

Andy went about a week ago now Gemma to give his statemnt on video, he didn't want to but I'm glad he did. Yes they caught them all they were in court last friday asked if they were pleading guilty or not guilty, so we are just waiting for a date now :( hopefully it will be over and done with as soon as.

i went to the doc's today as haven't been coping very well and they said i have pnd :( but hopfully tablets will start to take effect and I'll be a happy bunny again soon

hi hun, evie is ok, been trying to get her eating more before nxt weigh in but she aint having it,lol she knows when she is full!
we will all have to catch up! i started popping on baby forum again (havnt really been on it for ages) it seems a very different place to what it used to be,lol. a whole bitching thread! i think im getting old ;-)

lol, i was just looking at him at the other end of the room thinkin where did he get the chocolate from?
his inquisitive lil mind must have got the better of him, but i think it will have to be popper bottom vests if he has a nappy on and big boy vests when he uses potty

was not a pretty site and definately not nice to clean up :-( lol
