Morgan and I haven't had a night out together since way before Molly was born, probably my birthday last year, so that's going back a year anyway!!!!

We are going out for my birthday next Friday and i can't wait, i've not wanted to leave Molly but now that she settles herself to sleep without the need of a boob feed we are going to go for it! My parents are coming over, they are the only people that have ever looked after them (and Zach is nearly 3!) I don't think i trust anyone else! Soooo excited!

Katie don't feel bad, my OH works about 12 or 13 hours a day with just one day off too & it's hard. we saw him more when he worked away all week coz he got 2 days off! xx

Awh hun, didn' read your post but I can guess what it was about. I'd happily look after Gracie-Faye if I was closer. Why don't you make a big effort and have a really special night in? Get some really lovely food, get all dressed up and pretend you are out

I have family in Lincoln who'd love to babysit for you if you knew them - think they wish they lived nearer so they could babysit for us! Not seriously suggesting you leave her with strangers, lol, just ironic that we have willing pairs of hands so close to you, and not that close to us!

I didn't read the original post either but judging by the title I have an idea.

We all get down at times esp. I think it can be hard for SAHM's - it can be very isolating. Our closest family is 1500 miles away and OH's in NI so we spend all of our time apart from family and friends (except maybe one week a year) and forget about a babysitter, there are none! My OH travels the country as well and its hard for all 3 of us.

Just advice on what I do when I feel lonely - I look for new things to do at a rec centre ie swimming, an art class, take Isla to the park or library, try something new with her - like this week we've been learning to blow bubbles outside, just anything to get your mind off of it...

Also I think to myself that we have it pretty good - there are always people who have it worse than I do...

Anyways, that's just what I do when I feel like that and it helps not to dwell on the situation.... I hope you feel better soon. xx

Thankyou girls, had a bit of a drama paddy earlier I have a headache can you tell?

I felt bad moaning as i know some of you are single or hubbys work away but when ya use to having your oh here at 5pm and then suddenly hes not its hard ya know? gracie faye goes bed at 6.30 so has not seen him today but we need the money so needs must!!

Anyway we are going to plan a night out again soon and pre book my friend BEFORE i get over excited LOL!!! xx
