Hooray for Sainsburys

I went to Sinsburys on Sunday and there was a huge poster in the car park explaining that the mother and baby and disabled parking spaces were for those people only. It said in big letters 'Fine if you qualify, £50 fine if you don't.' I am so pleased that they are finally doing something to combat the misuse of these spaces. Is this a country wide thing or is it just our area?

I have heard someone else saying this but i havnt actually noticed this i our sainsburys yet, am really hoping this is at all stores!
I had an arguement in sainsburys carpark with people that parked in the last mother&baby space who thought it was ok to park there because they had a child of like 20 years old lol, i was fuming, he did eventually move the car! xx

Fantastic!!! Ive not seen anything but will keep an eye out. I went to tescos one weekend and sat for 20 mins waiting on a P + C space and saw 3 lots of older people coming out to their cars. Two of which had nice new cars that they didnt want to get bashed and one disabled person. I got really anoyed then when i saw my SIL car, I found her in tescos and said why was she parked in parent and child, and she laughed and said ive got my baby with me, her 13 year old!!!!

Ignorant sods!!!

Sorry - gatecrashing!!!

In my local sainsburys (Epsom in Surrey), I saw a car park attendant putting fines on the windows of cars last week. It was sooo good to finally see a supermarket do something about it!!!!!
