Hi Ladies

Went for my scan yesterday morning which I had booked privately with babybond and saw my baby which resembled a blob and it had a little tiny heartbeat flickering away like crazy!

Hubby let out a huge sigh of relief and grabbed my hand. It measured a centimetre in length and they measured me at 7+1 (by my measurements I was 7+2)

Am so happy that everything is as it should be, can't wait for my 12 week scan now where I hope everything will be ok too.

It looked so different to my scan I had back in March when I doscovered I had had a mmc, baby showed up straight away.

She did find a cyst on one of my ovaries but she said that is common in early pregnancy, something to do with hormones. I have had very little symptoms too except for tender nipples and extreme tiredness.

wow MrsTH, so pleased for you and your hubby, i've got everything crossed for you - got my early scan coming up in the next 2 weeks, think we're gonna be complete wrecks - it must be the best feeling ever when they say all is ok and show you the heartbeat.

That's fantastic news. Be prepared for that date to change again! lol :-)

I have my 12 weeks scan on Monday, but we had one at 10 weeks, and OH wiped a tear away, we were so relieved to see peanut was still ok. xx
