just wondering if anyone can help i have been having spotting on and off for the last week last period was 12/6 feeling nauseous and tired but it is very hot here just wondering if its a sign of anyhting i had spotting with my first ... took home test yesterday was negative is it to early to test now

How many dpo are you? I'm 12dpo today and I've been feeling v sick since Saturday, empty, travel sicky, burpy, horrid bitter taste in my mouth, tingly boobs adn abdominal pinching. I had some of these last time but not the sickness, though it was ecoptic so I might not have experienced full blown symptoms. BUT I've been testing and only got negatives so far, when will we learn to wait for the missed period?!!!
Test again in a few days, I'm going to try to wait until I've missed my period now if I can.

im pretty new to ttc again and was wondering if there are any specific days i should be ttc on ? do i need to use an ovulating predictor ? xxx

Who many days was this cycle ? If you don't want to buy and opk s though they are very inexpensive on ebay bd from cd 8 every other day until about cd 20. But it really depends how long you think your cycles are.

thew average is that you will ov 14 days before your period starts, but if you dont have regular length cycles then that's a bit hit and miss. at the fertility clinic i was advised to have sex every other day from day 12 due to my cycle length, but if you have fairly normal cycles go from day 8. if you use ov sticks you'll find out you lutal phase length then periods will no longer (unless pg!) be 'late.'
