Thanks Lynne, he is fast becoming a chunky monkey im sure its all the treats he gets from his two grans and nanna.

Awww...all the little bubs here are so cute! Thanks again Denise for suggesting this forum. May I ask how much did your baby weigh at birth?

I have to say, makes me feel a lot better seeing your babies. I imagined them to be so tiny. At my last ultrasound a week ago, they said my little one was weighing 3 pounds 3 ounces. Now I know that's tiny and I'm really hoping he's had a chance to fatten up a bit, in case he's welcomed into the world on thursday!!

32+1

Kenny was 4lb 4oz when he was born at 33+1. I was in labour 2 days and got steroid injections and had a look round the Neonatal Unit which really helped prepare us for what was to come. Kenny didnt need oxygen at all and I got a cuddle almost straight after he was born. To cut a long story short he was in hospital for 3 weeks and as soon as he was feeding independently (he was tube fed until sucking reflex kicked in) he was home with us, still only weighing 4lb 9oz!

I've not mastered the art of pics yet but these babies are beautiful. Mine was born at 34+5 (3lb11) in an incubator for 2 days, home after a week weighing 3lb1.
I'd just like to say what absolute angels the staff in our local SCBU are. I couldn't have coped without them.

Max and Milo born at 31+3 weeks now 37 weeks or 28 corrected
birth weighed 3lb15 and 4lb last week 14lb3 and 15lb.

Hey girls!

My little girl was born at 33+2 on 16th October 2008. There was no room at any local hospitals for me when my "show" happened, so I was transferred by ambulance to a hospital 70 miles away from home, very scary! Skye arrived 2 days later and we spent 2 wks there before eventually being transferred back to our local hospital for a further week and a half.

Here is Skye a few hours after birth...

and here she is now, a very cheeky 7 and a half month old!!

this is Amelia now 15 months...

she was not too prem/ She was 35 weeks.She weighed 5lbs 7 oz All the early pics are on my OH phone and I have not got them loaded as yet! She was in incubator for one week but only to control temp and get a little oxygen. She fed from day 1 no probs.

Amazing how much they grow

ahh cant believe how much they have changed. They have all grown up too quick, but are all so gorgeous. i was just looking at Elises video that my brother put on youtube all those months ago (Elise faulkner, my life so far) It still makes me cry lol. She's 17 months old now and soo cheeky.

What a great post, havent read all replies but I am amazed at the scan pic of Kar1234... its so CLEAR! Wow. What absolutely beaitiful babies... Special little bundles... all look very much loved and contented x

Here is my attempt to explain the photo thingy, iv only just figured it out myself.
Here goes.

Upload photo to facebook/photobucket etc
click on photo and right click then go to properties
highlight the photo ID it ends with jpg i think then copy
go back to BE post, doesnt work in quick reply so open post reply
right click and paste photo
highlight the long photo ID then press img.

Hopefully iv remembered it right, if not im sure someone else will offer some advice.

Love seeing our preemies grow, keep em coming girls.
