Car seat/ travel system that is compatible with my Ford Ka?
Hello all!
I'm wondering if you can help me... I have a 2002 Ford Ka and am starting to look into travel systems that may fit into the teeny, tiny boot that this has! I love my car for driving in the city and can't really afford to change it so compact-sizing has become my priority. So far I've looked at the specifications for the Maxi-Cosi Streety travel system and the Silver Cross Halo (Oh, and also the Neo Concord something or other but that's VERY expensive!!) and I was wondering if any of you lovely people may have experience of any of these - with a KA or other small car? I think that the two pushchairs may fit but then it's also getting the car seat to fit too - does anyone know if this is possible with these models? And if anyone has the Streety, how does it fit in? Do I need the base or will it fit in with the seatbelt in the rear seat? Likewise with the Halo - Ventura car seat? How does it work?
Sorry, I realise there are lots of questions here but if anyone can help, I'd be very grateful!!

I've got the Concord Neo and I have to say I think it folds up pretty small - CM: (L)74 x (W)61 x (H) 39cm. You shouldn't have a problem with any standard car seat... I've got the matching Concord car seat and it's fine - not an Isofix one but still does the job.
If you want the folded size of any travel systems have a look at Kiddicare.com - they list all the sizes on there. HTH x

hi
Just to say the Quinny Zapp folds up very small (convenient if you ever have to fly). We use it for our 21 month old lo. You can use the Zapp base with Maxi Cosi Group 0 baby car seat apparently. Hope that helps.

Hello friends.I have a Icoo Pushchair and Icoo car seat. The car seat comfortably fits in the rear seat of the car and Icoo Pushchair
is very lightweight and folds up to compact size so that it can fit in the car's trunk easily.I suggest Grace to have the same combination for her baby.
