Hi Girls

Jenny - Max is 13 months. We can meet anytime on Monday so whatever suits you best. Maybe meet outside John Lewis on the Upper level??x

Kel - I did my classes at Watford. The classes were ok. You learn about the diferent stages of labour, breastfeeding, the position the baby might be in and ways to move the baby so that baby is in the easiest position for giving birth. The different types of pain relief. You also go on a little tour of the labour wards. You see the one with the birthing pools and the one that you go to if you want pain relief or have had any complications in pregnancy.

At the end of the 4 weeks you exchange email addresses with everyone. It's then up to you to decide whether there's anyone you fancy keeping in touch with. I met 2 girls and we are still in touch. So for that reason, I would recommend the classes. x
