Help me lose my baby weight

It can be hard to shift those extra pounds you gained during pregnancy, but do not despair. It is not a good idea to think about losing weight before your six-week postnatal check.

The key is a combination of healthy eating and exercise. If you are breastfeeding, you need extra calories to help produce milk so do not restrict your food intake.
