Myleene's life as a mum

Hello!
One thing's for sure - no two days are the same! Yesterday we had 'shoe-gate'. Ava's nearly 1 and a half, and is already beginning to practise her...how shall I put it? Assertiveness skills! Anyway, she was getting increasingly frustrated with trying to get her shoes on, yet help from Mama was the last thing she wanted. It was only after she threw the shoes at a cupboard that I intervened for the sake of the furniture. Not five minutes later it was all forgotten. I constantly wonder at her ability to go from angelic to nuclear and back again, in seconds.

Work's crazy right now - I've been designing a baby clothing range for Mothercare, Baby K. Honestly, I never thought I'd know so much about fabric swatches! I'm very hands on, but I only take on projects I can manage around Ava, so I can be home for bath- and bedtime, or that allow me to take her to work with me.
