  • Got a picky toddler who turns his nose up at your food? Tempt him with these delicious recipes from Annabel Karmel.

  • Focaccia pizza

    1 tbsp olive oil
    Half a red onion, chopped
    1 tbsp tomato puree
    2 tsp sun-dried tomato puree
    1tbsp water
    9cm square of shop-bought focaccia bread, split in half
    2-3 toppings of your choice eg mushroom, courgette, sweetcorn
    50g Cheddar or mozzarella

    Heat the oil and saute the onion for 5 mins. Remove from the heat and stir in tomato puree, pesto and water.
    Place focaccia on a bakinh sheet, cut-side up. Spread over suace and add the toppings. Scatter over the cheese and grill for 4 mins until bubbling and golden. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
