The Face of the Baby Show 2009/2010 competition rules:
The age limit for this competition is no more than 2 years old on 30 November 2009.
The closing date is 30 November 2009. Votes can be cast for all entrants until, but not after, this date.
All pictures taken of babies who are eligible to enter the competition at the three baby Shows - ExCel, NEC and Earls Court - will be loaded on to Babyexpert.com.
If your baby is more than 2 on 30 November 2009, their photo may still appear on Babyexpert.com and you may be able to vote for them. Please note though, these votes will not be registered as they are not eligible for the competition.
There is also a special area on Babyexpert.com for mums to upload their favourite baby pic, and the 10 babies with the highest number of votes will go through to the modelling competition final with the other Baby Show finalists.
The overall winner will become the Face of the Baby Show and will take part in any promotional material needed for the 2010 shows.
The Face of the Baby Show is a non-payment modelling job.
There is a year-long modelling contract available.
Photos may take around two weeks of be uploaded after being taken at each of the Baby Shows.
You are allowed to vote once a day for your favourite baby.
Ten babies from each Baby Show will make the final - these will consist of the 10 babies from each show who receive the most online votes, plus 10 babies with the most votes from the non-Baby Show competition entrants on Babyexpert.com.
The judging panel is made up of Prima Baby Editor Elaine Griffiths, Show Director of The Baby Show, Nicola Muller, Communications Manager of Canon, Sarah Dale, and Director of Urban Angels model agency Alysia Lewis.
The 40 finalists will be shortlisted by the judging panel to a group of 10, and these 10 will receive a Canon SELPHYCompact Photo Printer.
The overall winner will be chosen by the judging panel.
Entrants must agree to take part in any post-competition publicity required.
Any entrant who is deemed not to have entered fairly into the spirit of the competition will be excluded.
The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
