I have found this pump very good. It does the job and after the initial first time found it doesn't hurt at all. I did find it a bit difficult to assemble/disassemble in the beginning but now I'm a pro! I only express milk occasionally though. I think if I was expressing more than once a day on a regular basis I would buy an electric one.
