  • As a mother of two, I thought I had the whole maternity bag thing all figured out. However, when I was given the Tiny Tillia bag, I found myself curious to see how it would compare. To my surprise, I was immediately impressed with its stylish appearance and latterly discovered its great practically. Two virtues I thought you couldn’t have together in a maternity bag. My Tiny Tillia bag didn’t look like a maternity bag, screaming “look at me with my new baby”. Instead it was an attractive grey and pink floral design. I had the option of wearing it a la handbag style or over the shoulder, using the long shoulder strap that was enclosed. With five roomy outside pockets, there was plenty of room to put my keys, phone and wallet, without spending ages rummaging through nappies and wipes looking for my phone every time it rang. Unzipping the bag, I found there were five more pockets, allowing me to easily store additional items, such as changes of clothes, bibs and muslins etc. One of the features inside the bag that I found particularly helpful, was the small grey drawstring bag. I stored all the nappy changing paraphernalia here – such as nappies, wipes and nappy bags – which meant I could easily change both children on the padded changing mat (that is also included in the bag), without having difficulty trying to find a nappy bag amongst all the other ‘essential items’ a mother never leaves home without. The detachable small black zipped bag inside the bag, was also very useful, allowing me to store nappy cream and a milk dispenser. Overall, I was very impressed with the Tiny Tillia – and for the price (£39.99) – would thoroughly recommend it to any mum. I have been telling friends where they can purchase one- at Boots stores or online. It is a great value bag, stylish and yet highly practical – 9 out of 10 !
