  • Group 1 seat that's well padded, easy to fit and secure

Tester reports: Excellent viewing position. The harness is great as it holds itself open, which made it quick and easy to put my child in. well-thought-out design with good features

But...It's quite big, so may not suit a small car

Maxi Cosi Tobi

I am very happy with my Maxi Cosi, when I found out by a medic, that happened to be looking for this chair the day I was still looking which car seat I should choose, and he said that he came accross some accidents where a child was not in a maxi cosi, and the parents lost the child, where he came accross a view that had the maxi cosi in and he recommeced the chair to me and said that the children comes out alive with not even a scratch. So I just thought yes it is expensive, but your child's life is more important, and you cannot put money on a child's lfe. That's why I bought maxi cosi.

exellent, this one fits in my car perfectly, no movement whatso ever, my little boy loves it, if he falls asleep in it i can easily recline it from the front passenger seat, its well padded and the way the harness springs out of the way saves loads of fuss, i'd highly recomend this one, but i would go to somewhere like halfords who will try it in your car first as it doesn't fit all, it does need a long seat belt
