  • EMLA is an OTC numbing cream used to prevent the pain associated with needle insertion. When applied in advance it can be used to numb the skin before childrens immunisations, it can make blood donating painless and it has also been used for mothers undergoing IVF . Personally its a great product and belive every parent should have some handy.
