  • Valve system requires the child to gently suck the lip at the edge of the cup in the same way they have sucked the breast or the teat. Testers say: Jack took to his cup easily, but the handles were a bit chunky for his small hands. When he's older and ready for this, I'm sure we'd give it a higher rating. This seemed good as it encouraged drinking from a 'lip'. But George couldn't get anything from it and when I tried, I wasn't surprised! It took a lot of effort.
