  • Claim your Health in Pregnancy Grant

  • Once you're 25 weeks pregnant, you qualify for a £190 tax-free payment.

Introduced from April 2009, the £190 Health in Pregnancy Grant cpmes from the Government to help youbstay healthy in the later stages of pregnancy.

It can be claimed from 25 weeks by most pregnant women in the UK. It is not means-tested and is paid straight into your bank account. It comes on top of any other benefots or tax credits you receive.

Once you are 25 weeks pregnant you can make a claim for the Grant.

Claim forms are available from your midwife or doctor, who also need to sign the form.

You should submit your completed claim form to the Health in Pregnancy Grant Office within 31 days of it being signed.
