Maternity Swimsuits
  • Maternity Swimsuits

  • A maternity swimsuit is a must for mums-to-be. Find out what to look for and which style is best for you.

A good maternity swimsuit should be on high on your maternity wardrobe list.

Swimming during pregnancy is a great way to stay active without putting stress on your body or your baby while you're pregnant and a holiday or short break can be a great way to relax and prepare yourself for when the big day arrives.

Your number one priority should be comfort and support by choosing a fabric that will grow with your changing body. There is an abundance of styles and prints out there so you can be as daring or conservative as you’d like.

Here are the styles you can choose from:

The one-piece

The most popular costume and easiest to find in the shops, it will last you your whole pregnancy.

The tankini

This is a good middle ground if you’re not used to a one piece.

If you’re on the beach the vest style tope means you can still get sun to your tummy but a little more discretely.  Tinkini’s usually have a much stronger fitted bra for better support.

The bikini

For the braver mums-to-be out there, you can be pregnant and proud in a bikini. The bra will have extra support to show off your bigger cleavage.

The nursing swimsuit

Perfect for breast-feeding mums who want to start their babies swimming early. Adjustable straps allow you to drop down the bra cup of easy feeding.
