Jordan on pregnancy
  • Jordan on pregnancy

  • She's a mum of three now. We caught up with Jordan for an exclusive chat just before her third child was born.

Congratulations to Jordan and husband Pete on the birth of her third child - and her first little girl after two boys Harvey and Junior.

Click through to digital magazine Jellyfish.com (page 4) to see a gorgeous video clip of proud dad Pete telling the world about their baby daughter's birth.

Jordan opened her heart to Prima Baby magazine and babyexpert.com shortly before the birth on June 29, 2007.

Here are some of Jordan's thoughts on pregnancy, family life and being a mum:

Best bit about being pregnant:
'Having a baby to look forward to. I love looking at magazines to see what stage the baby is at. And I love feeling it move inside me.'

Worst bit about being pregnant:
'Getting big and feeling uncomfortable.'

Giving birth:
'I had Harvey naturally. I made such a noise - I sounded like a werewolf! I had an emergency caesarean with Junior and it took 45 minutes to get the epidural in - and I hate needles. Pete was so emotional when he was born - I've never seen a man cry so much!'

Being a mum:
'I love it. Before my kids I always has animals so I could have something to love.'

Best thing about being a mum:
'Giving them a bath. When I have baths with Junior he giggles at my face masks.'

Worst thing about being a mum:
'Having three lots of nappies to change when the baby's born, as Harvey is still in nappies.'

...Peter:
'From day one, I wanted Pete. having a baby has made us even closer. It's so important to make time for each other. the boys are in bed by 7.30pm, then it's me-and-Pete time. he's a great dad and involved in everything. He worries about what the chldren eat - and he doesn't want them having junk food.'

Maternity pants: over or under the bump?
'Over! My mum nags me to wear these as they are very supportive.'

Most embarrassing pregnancy moment?
'Farting as I bent over putting cream on my legs! I was so embarrassed as I'd never broken wind in front of Pete before. I just told him 'It's the baby!'

Fail-proof quick meal for the boys?
Chicken kievs and smiley faces. Cook in oven, chop up, eat.'

Bake or buy the kids' birthday cakes?
'Buy them.'

Good cop or bad cop?
'Good cop. Pete's quite strict and says I'm too soft, particularly on Harvey. But we're both strict on manners.'
