She should also be putting two or three words together to form simple sentences.

Pronunciation is largely dependent on how your child hears words, so discuss the matter with your doctor or health visitor as she may require a hearing check.

In the meantime, read to her every day - just 10 minutes is worthwhile. Try not to correct her, and any words she does say, repeat back to her clearly.
